Honda Cars India Registers Total Sales of 8,159 units in December 2025

New Delhi, January 1, 2026: Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL), a leading manufacturer of premium cars in India, announced that it recorded domestic sales of 5,807 units in December 2025 marking a 3.6% growth over the same month previous year. The company also exported 2,352 units, bringing its total sales to 8,159 units for the month.

Sharing his thoughts on the sales performance, Mr. Kunal Behl, Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd. said, “We closed December with good sales growth, carrying forward the positive momentum achieved since GST 2.0 implementation. Demand remained robust across all models Honda Amaze, City and Elevate, with each contributing strongly to overall performance. The new year 2026 is expected to unlock new opportunities, with multiple product launches scheduled during the year.”

In comparison, the company had registered 5,603 units in domestic sales and 3,857 units in exports during December 2024.
